Very happy customer! Our water heater stopped working and started leaking on a Sunday. I called Dr. Plumber and Steve called me back within minutes. He agreed to come over and take care of the problem right away, and he arrived within a half hour of my original call. Steve got right to work and took care of installing a new water heater and removing the old one. He was so nice and pleasant the entire time. I am so grateful that he was willing to come over on a Sunday! The mess in the basement would have been much worse if we had to wait until the next business day. Thank you, Steve! You will always be our go-to plumber!
